This is a gallery of old light poles that I have been collecting and have decided to see if there is any interest in them,so here they are. If anything interests you please give me a call to discuss prices and availability, please serious inquiries only. If you are just calling to try and get an estimate on what your piece is worth, I'm not the one to be calling, I just collect because I like them, if you have a piece you would like to sell however, I may be interested. The next one is original from Watertown Wi.

The very last one is what they used to call the Bowl of light from the Milwaukee area, it is on a King pole - very rare!

Milwaukee "Bowl of Light"

Here is the Holy Grail of street lights -Very Rare -perfect condition -came from the Milwaukee area. This is one of Holphanes early lights from the 20's. Where are you going to find another one? I have the perfect King pole for it also.

Old Milwaukee Hanging Street Light

This one is a beauty! All original and heavy! One small crack in the stained glass.

Old Milwaukee Harp

(I have read this from other sources on the web) - In 1915 Milwaukee needed street lights. So they hired an engineer by the name of Jeremiah Sweet who worked for the Holophane Company in Ohio. He came here and started an engineering co. and designed the Harp Luminaire, by 1916 they were in place around the streets of Milwaukee. I have also heard that some of these very early ones used to be gas, I personally have never seen one with the plumbing for gas.

Just finished this Old Milwaukee Harp - completely disassembled, sandblasted, new brass hardware, glass panels, and a couple of coats of paint. This also has a very early refractor, back in the days when these were used as gas lights, pretty rare!

Mt. Mary College Light

This one is really cool -Art deco-ish holophane ceiling light that came out of Mt. Mary college.

California Acorn Glass Refractor

Large Glass acorn style globe. This came from the California area. It has a 9.5" diameter opening.

Vintage Econolite Traffic Light

Here's a new addition, an early vintage econolite traffic light,I believe it to be all original, has the cast iron base and pole which is something you dont find out there nowadays.Stands about 7' tall.

I am always looking for these style refractors as well, please give me a call if you have or know where I can purchase one. These are the large ones with a diameter of 11.75 inches.
